Scope: Full Time, Employed Model: Fully Onsite Location: Switzerland (relocation assistance provided)

Responsibilities

  • Design internal and external aircraft structures, interior elements, and integrated systems (e.g., cameras, antennas, equipment racks)
  • Prepare technical documents, including reports, analyses, test procedures, and installation instructions
  • Develop and maintain engineering design standards
  • Select appropriate materials, components, and equipment
  • Create mechanical concepts and designs for structural installations such as monument attachments, ceiling structures, antenna/camera mounts, avionics racks, wire routing, and auxiliary tank installations
  • Produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings
  • Work effectively with aircraft structural documentation and OEM references
  • Apply relevant certification requirements, rules, and means of compliance correctly

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working as a mechanical design engineer in aerospace - Essential
  • Proficient in 2D/3D CAD
  • Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering
