Responsibilities- Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA)
- Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practical
- Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives
- Manage training records and certification documentation
- Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation
- Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation
- Act as an SME during internal audits
- Expert knowledge of EASA Part‑66, 145, 147
- Proven experience in technical training delivery (Part‑147, Part‑145)
- Experience as practical assessor / competence evaluator
- Experience in QA, audits, compliance, and training documentation
- Familiar with SMS and Human Factors
- Proficient with LMS and digital training/exam platforms
- EASA B1 or B2 License
- EASA Part 66/147 Train the Trainer Certificate
