Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA)
  • Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practical
  • Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives
  • Manage training records and certification documentation
  • Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation
  • Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation
  • Act as an SME during internal audits
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of EASA Part‑66, 145, 147
  • Proven experience in technical training delivery (Part‑147, Part‑145)
  • Experience as practical assessor / competence evaluator
  • Experience in QA, audits, compliance, and training documentation
  • Familiar with SMS and Human Factors
  • Proficient with LMS and digital training/exam platforms
Qualifications
  • EASA B1 or B2 License
  • EASA Part 66/147 Train the Trainer Certificate
