Operations Administrator, Sidcup £23,000 - £27,000 DOE

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to join our clients' dynamic team.

This role is integral to ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage queries from start to finish, liaising daily with clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely responses to queries in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate engineers' diaries and schedule planned works.
  • Arrange and manage bookings for sub-contractors.
  • Monitor contractor and engineer performance, providing regular updates to all relevant parties.
  • Handle invoicing tasks, including raising and signing off purchase orders.
  • Raise work orders and assign them to operatives efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with contractor managers, operatives, and supervisors.
  • Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
