An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and highly organised Secretary/Receptionist to join a busy and well-established accountancy practice. This is a varied role providing essential administrative, PA and relief reception support within a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Diary management for one Director, including scheduling client meetings and internal appointments
- Managing and responding to client emails
- Onboarding new clients onto internal databases
- Preparing and issuing client documentation
- Ordering office supplies and supporting general office administration
- Supporting new client onboarding including AML checks and preparation of engagement letters for individuals and companies
- Managing incoming post and updating client records on CCH
- Providing reception cover, including meeting and greeting clients and handling incoming calls
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Secretary, PA or Administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
