- Key requirements
- Secretarial/Admin training (desirable) e. g. CILEx Legal Secretaries Level 2-3 Certificates / Level 2-3 Business Administration/Office Admin
- Good educational background (strong grammar and spelling) with 5 GCSE's grade A-C including English and Maths, or equivalent
- Working well in a small team (i. e. to be versatile)
- An excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills to interact professionally with members and users
- Conscientious and enthusiastic
- Typing (min 30 wpm) - accuracy essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work to deadlines under pressure and be self-sufficient and able to multitask
- Relevant experience (desirable but not essential)
