About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Services / Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a busy, varied role suited to someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and local authorities
  • Logging service requests and call information accurately on internal systems
  • Scheduling equipment deliveries and collections
  • Coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) technician call-outs
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organisational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role is preferred but not essential
