Team Administrator - 6 month FTC (potential permanent)
Responsibilities
- Support Team Coordinator and partners across the senior team.
- Diary management and internal/external meeting scheduling.
- Organise travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and visa processes.
- Prepare, format and QA documents, including presentations, reports, project profiles, CVs, BIDs ( £100k), contracts, invoices, and compliance items.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members, service line inductions, and distribution list updates.
- Coordinate mandatory training, timesheets, service reviews, and financial tasks to ensure invoicing readiness.
- Act as system enquiry point of contact.
- Financial support: invoicing, milestone tracking, liaison with finance admin.
- Organise events for service and sector growth, internal activities, and team socials.
- Provide holiday cover and support other administrators as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- High competency in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point (graphics).
- Initiative and creativity in presentation preparation.
- Proactive, logical planning for diary and travel logistics.
- Adaptable to last minute diary changes, flexible, persistent and focused.
- Professional, calm under pressure, high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Team player with a can do attitude.
- Minimum GCSE and A level qualifications.
