Our client a leader in the Engineering Field are seeking a highly organised and IT-literate Administrator to support our busy operations team.

This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage orders and administrative processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Mon-Thur 8am - 5pm Fri 8am - 4.30pm
  • On-site parking

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the business
  • Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Take customer orders via phone, email, and online enquiries
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer records, job files, and CRM systems
  • Prepare and process documentation including quotes, invoices, and job paperwork
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
