- The Package
- Competitive salary of up £26,000 per year
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duties
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organised, compliant, and professional environment.
- Coordinate workspace requirements, equipment, and desk bookings for new starters, existing employees, and leavers.
- Manage office assets, records, maintenance schedules, and contractor relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for the landlord and property management team.
- Monitor office supplies, support meeting room bookings, and handle general office administration.
- Complete routine compliance checks and maintain office documentation.
- Book and log all company travel and accommodation requests accurately.
- Provide administrative support for sustainability and social value initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience working in a facilities, receptionist, or administration role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to see situations from the customer's point of view.
- Strong organisational skills with a flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages and managing data accurately.
- Strong team player capabilities with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
- First aid trained is desired.
