Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Ad hoc Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Position: Ad hoc Receptionist

Location: Newcastle City Centre

Contract Type: Temporary (flexible ad hoc shifts available to support increased demand during peak periods)

Pay Rate: 13 - 13.50 per hour

Start Date: ASAP - Immediate availability is required

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with weekend cover required. Flexibility is required, with assignments ranging from as little as one-day placements to longer-term bookings, depending on business needs.

  • Greeting and assisting customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the right team members
  • Managing appointments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
