Are you an organised administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and managing multiple tasks at once?
We're recruiting for an Order & Delivery Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Gateshead.
In this role, you'll coordinate deliveries, manage order information, update internal systems and liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues by phone and email to ensure everything progresses efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great attention to detail and enjoys being at the heart of the operation.

The Role
You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing customer quotations and processing orders
- Keeping customers updated throughout the order process
- Coordinating stock availability and delivery arrangements
- Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments
- Uploading and maintaining accurate documentation
About You
- Has previous administration, customer service or order processing experience
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Enjoys building positive customer relationships
- Can manage multiple priorities effectively
- Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Enjoys working within a collaborative team environment
