The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insight into ideas, and ideas into advertising that drives measurable results. This is not a brand-only role. And it’s not a media-only role. It’s both.
You will own the creative thinking behind our paid advertising across platforms like Meta, TikTok and beyond. You will shape hooks, angles, scripts and concepts that drive clicks, conversions and revenue. This is not just about ideas. It’s about building creative systems that scale.
You will work directly with designers and motion creatives, setting direction, giving clear feedback and raising the standard of performance creative across the agency. This is a fully remote role with UK or UAE timezone overlap preferred.
Where you’ll make impact
- Own Paid Advertising Creative Strategy
- Take full ownership of creative strategy across paid campaigns
- Set the direction for how each brand shows up across Meta, TikTok and Google
- Turn performance data and audience insight into clear creative angles, offers and messaging frameworks
- Write high-impact hooks, headlines, scripts and storyboards designed to improve CTR, CVR and ROAS
- Build structured testing plans across formats, audiences and propositions
- Identify winning concepts quickly, scale them with precision, and confidently cut what underperforms
- Turn Performance Data Into Creative Direction
- Work closely with the Paid Media team to analyse performance
- Translate metrics into creative improvements
- Spot patterns in winning formats and messaging
- Continuously refresh and iterate to prevent fatigue
- Collaborate Directly With Designers
- Brief graphic and motion designers with clarity and intent
- Guide visual hierarchy, pacing, messaging structure and tone
- Push for high standards without slowing down execution
- Balance creative ambition with commercial reality
- Support Website Design, UX & UI Direction
- Contribute to website structure, messaging hierarchy and user flow
- Ensure alignment between paid ads and on-site experience
- Support homepage concepts, product page storytelling and conversion journeys
- Use performance insights to inform web design decisions
- Build Systems, Not Just Ads
- Develop repeatable creative frameworks that scale across clients
- Contribute to internal playbooks and testing methodologies
- Raise the standard of what performance creative looks like at OnSocial
What You’ll Bring
- 3 to 6 years in creative strategy, performance creative or growth marketing
- Proven experience building high-performing paid ads across Meta and TikTok
- Strong copy instincts. You understand the first three seconds matter most
- Confidence briefing designers and shaping creative output
- An analytical mindset. You are comfortable living inside CTR, CPA and ROAS
- Clear commercial awareness. You care about revenue, not vanity metrics
- Ownership mentality. You do not wait to be told what to improve
