OnSite is one of the UK’s leading providers of professional contracting services. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Universal Metering Project, a large-scale initiative aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer service across our metering programme. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative, coordination, and documentation support to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project records, documentation, and data related to metering activities.
- Coordinate schedules, site visits, and customer appointments.
- Ensure accurate and timely validation of all completed work orders in support of the Commercial team.
- Assist with customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Update databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems to monitor project progress.
- Liaise with field teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate project tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office and project operations.
- Initiate proactive customer contact to book and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database/ERP systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident handling customer queries with patience and professionalism.
