_HGV Mechanic _

OnSite Commercials are an independent commercial vehicle garage based in the Southampton area.
The current role is for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team in our Southampton based HGV workshop. This is a non franchised workshop so you will be away from the day to day politics that comes with a main dealer environment.
The role includes;
Mot preparation
Fault finding and diagnosis
Servicing
Repairs
On-Site servicing
The successful candidate should have the following;
NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 qualified with at least 3 years experience
Strong mechanical knowledge across a wide range of manufacturers
Excellent diagnostic skills
Good Team Player
Full UK driving license
HGV Class 1/2 driving license preferable but not essential
Hours of work – Monday to Friday Day shift – Hours negotiable
21 days holiday + bank holidays
