This is a key role within the business, providing a welcoming and efficient front‑of‑house service while supporting our Quality, Environment, Health, Safety (QUENSH) administration processes.

What’s The Role
As Receptionist & QUENSH Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our Worcester office.
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and colleagues, you'll provide a professional front‑of‑house experience while supporting administrative activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and business records accurately.
- Supporting QUENSH administration processes and documentation.
- Ordering and managing office consumables and supplies.
- Providing general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assisting with filing, document control, and record management activities.
