Responsibilities
- Hardware Management: Order, set up, and check compliance of new and replacement devices.
- System Administration: Manage EasyBOP for starters and leavers, permissions, password resets, smart form creation, and issue logging.
- Integration Projects: Support implementation between EasyBOP, MiHub, EcoOnline, and Oracle systems.
- Reporting: Produce a range of monthly reports, utilising advanced Excel skills and developing Power BI dashboards.
- User Training: Training new starters on the functions and use of all internal systems.
- User Support: Maintain IT contact lists, Office accounts, and create new IT user accounts.
- Compliance: Ensure data accuracy and system security across platforms.
What You’ll Need
- ICT Level 2 and Business Administration NVQ Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience managing IT systems, device lifecycle, and user onboarding.
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and cybersecurity awareness.
- Strong customer service skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- PowerBI experience beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Positive, solution-focused attitude with attention to detail.
