A fantastic new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team at our hub in Walsall. As a Site Manager, you will oversee site operations, ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Client Requirements, and work on exciting projects in the water industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects and advance your career within a growing group.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Client Requirements, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct monthly audits and inspections to uphold quality and identify improvements.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with authorities to secure permits for street work, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Organize traffic management systems to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: ILM Level in Leadership and Management or equivalent, Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator, Supervisor Streetworks, SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene, First Aid, IOSH Managing Safety.
  • Preferred experience with overhead power lines (GS6).
  • Strong background in deep excavation and trench support.
  • Mechanical and electrical experience is advantageous.
  • Expertise in health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Full UK Driving License.
