Onsite is part of the South Staffordshire Group – a 3,000-strong organisation behind South Staffs Water, Cambridge Water, and several leading utility support businesses – offering long-term development and career progression.

A fantastic new opportunity for a Framework Manager with a Project Management background to lead a portfolio of engineering projects across the central region. You'll lead a talented team of project delivery specialists, ensuring programme, designs and commercials are managed across the portfolio in the region, to ensure our continued success and future growth.

The Role
  • Tendering, management, and delivery of secured works and growth of our Capital Frameworks within the Water Industry in the Midlands.
  • Work with the Project, Commercial, Design, Programme, Engineering, & Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Engineers and Project Managers within your team.
  • Becoming the established first point of contact for our clients.
  • Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients' Senior Managers.
  • Delivering a first-class service to clients and implementing actions through the team to excel in KPIs or other client metrics.
  • Responsible for P&L, forecast, resourcing, KPI reporting and programme management.
  • Training and career development opportunities.
  • Management reporting and leading client framework / contract meetings.
What You'll Need
  • To be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project and P6.
  • A proven track record in Project/Frameworks Management.
  • To hold appropriate qualifications in Project / Business Management and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties, Programme, and NEC Contracts.
  • To have management experience and ideally a technical understanding of construction in the Water Industry.
