Contract: Permanent (subject to pilot funding until 31 May 2027, with possibility of continuation)

About the role

ONSIDE is recruiting a Community Mental Health Link Worker to support pregnant women and young mothers experiencing deprivation. The role involves providing non‑clinical, holistic support to improve maternal mental health, emotional well‑being, resilience and confidence, addressing social factors such as isolation, housing, debt, and access to services. You will collaborate closely with the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health & Care Trust Perinatal and Beacon Mental Health Team to integrate community and clinical support, aiming to reduce pressure on specialist services and deliver timely care.
