ONSIDE is seeking a compassionate Social Prescribing Link Worker to join our Adult Wellbeing Services in Wyre Forest, Worcestershire. You will support individuals to access local services and co‑produce wellbeing plans, working with GP practices and local partners.
The role focuses on social determinants of health, building confidence and independence, and improving wellbeing. It is a fixed-term maternity cover (up to 12 months) with part-time hours and pro rata salary.
