About the role
Join ONSIDEas a Statutory Advocate and work in a team of equally passionate, professional and dynamic advocates who ensure vulnerable or disadvantaged people are heard and have their needs, views and wishes respected by those responsible for their care.
ONSIDEhas been providing advocacy across Worcestershire and Herefordshire since 1993 and has been awarded with the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark, due to the excellent provision and high standards held within the organisation.
Don’t have any Advocacy qualifications yet? That’s not a problem. ONSIDE want to invest in you by providing and paying for the opportunity for you to gain your Level 2 Award and Level 4 Certificate in Independent Advocacy, the cost of which is £2500.
