ONSIDE is seeking a part-time Children & Families Services Manager to lead our Melo service across Kidderminster and Redditch. The role, 30 hours weekly over at least 4 days with Saturday mornings, focuses on safeguarding, inclusivity and delivering high-quality wellbeing support to children, young people and families.
You will oversee referrals, waiting lists and performance, shape service development and use data to drive improvements while supporting staff and partners.
