Hours: Part Time 30 hours per week

(Mon – Thu 09:00-16:30pm with occasional Friday cover once a month)

Location: Evesham, Worcester

Contract: 12 months Fixed Term

About the role

Join ONSIDE and discover the role as a Community Hub Manager in the charity sector , to lead the charge of the day-to-day running of our vibrant Riverside Health & Wellbeing Hub !

ONSIDE’s Riverside Health & Wellbeing Hub provides a friendly space where local people come for connection, inclusive opportunities and where support is always close at hand.

The Community Hub Manager will play a hands-on role in overseeing the Hubs daily operations, recruit, train and lead volunteers with the support of the Volunteer Manager. The Community Hub Manager will also be responsible for coordinating bookings, events and rotas and services, and ensuring every visitor receives a warm and helpful experience by being the friendly face of the Hub.

We are seeking someone who is experienced in community work, health & wellbeing services, or managing similar spaces.

It will be essential to the role, if you have experience in safeguarding and are comfortable to work with vulnerable adults. If you are someone who is passionate about inclusion and creating welcoming, accessible environments, then this role is for you!

This role will also require someone to be a confident organiser with great people and leadership skills and an experienced and is creative, solution-focused to be able to manage multiple priorities and is ready to bring energy, ideas and whole lot of heart to the role!
