Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid â 3 days per week in office)
A brief overview: Our embedded financial benefits platform is live and in use across the UK and internationally, supporting both employed and selfâemployed workers with tools such as Earned Wage Access, fuel cards, savings solutions and practical financial benefits. Our customers include some of the worldâs most recognisable workforce brands, including Amazon, KFC, Just Eat, Deliveroo and Itsu.
We are now hiring a senior outbound operator to scale our reach across UK employers with 200â1000 employees in labourâintensive sectors.
Generating a high volume of qualified meetings with UK employers who employ large numbers of frontline, hourly or operational workers and work the top of the funnel end to end. Youâll be selling a credible, proven solution, not a concept.
Youâll primarily engage HR, Reward, People, Finance and Operations leaders across sectors such as:
- Logistics, couriers, delivery, warehousing & 3PL
- Hospitality, food service & contract catering
- Cleaning facilities management & security
- Construction & infrastructure
What you will do:
- Running highâoutput outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Identifying and engaging senior stakeholders in target accounts
- Booking genuinely qualified meetings, not calendar fillers.
- Managing followâups, pipelines and CRM hygiene independently
- Confidently articulating:
- Financial wellbeing and employee benefits value cases
- Payrollâlinked and embedded finance solutions
- Buyer concerns around cost, complexity and rollout.
You will need:
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
- Have sold into HR, Reward, People, Finance or Operations functions
- Experience with employee benefits, financial wellbeing, payroll or embedded finance products.
- Are used to being measured on meetings booked and commercial impact.
- Can operate autonomously without heavy management.
