Onshore Technical are currently looking to speak with experienced Lead Estimatorsfor a hybrid, Outside IR35contract opportunity supporting major civil engineering, infrastructure and energy projects.
The role will involve preparing competitive tenders across a wide range of groundworks packages, working closely with clients, designers, subcontractors and internal teams to develop accurate, buildable and commercially strong submissions.
Location: Enfield / Birmingham / Hybrid
Rate: £650£700 per day
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Key Experience
- Preparing tenders for groundworks packages
- Reviewing tender documentation and identifying key requirements
- Supporting budget pricing at early project stages
- Identifying temporary works and design requirements
- Liaising with clients, designers and subcontractors
- Conducting site visits where required
- Identifying xiskglj risks, ambiguities and commercial considerations
- Working with buying, design, contracts, QS and senior management teams
- D&B contract experience beneficial
This role would suit a commercially strong estimator with a solid groundworks and civils background, who is confident leading tender activity on major projects.
