Having already inspired millions of runners worldwide, we are now seeking a Senior Specialist for B2B Retail Development to serve as the primary point of contact on our JD, Footlocker & Snipes key youth accounts.

As our Senior Specialist - B2B Retail Development (EMEA), you will turn strategic brand vision into elevated physical retail experiences. You will own the presentation of On's Shop-in-Shops (SIS) and branded environments across key wholesale partners (including JD, Foot Locker, and Snipes), ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium identity. Bridging global strategy with regional execution, you will lead high-impact fixture rollouts, optimize retail workflows, and shape the physical consumer journey across EMEA.

Shaping our brand interaction across the region - defining how we show up and engage with our communities across all touchpoints. You will join the EMEA Retail Marketing team who translate and execute On's global retail brand strategy across all EMEA retail channels (B2B, DTC, DMS, and Distributor), ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regional marketing initiatives. YOUR MISSION

  • Project Management and Roll Out: Develop premium brand environments for key youth culture partners, managing broad large scale roll-out planning across the UK and European markets. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver our brand vision across key accounts of JD, Footlocker and Snipes.
  • Tool Kit Development & Maintenance: Create and roll out standardized EMEA retail marketing toolkits for youth culture partners (JD, Footlocker & Snipes), aligning with global teams to ensure one consistent brand voice across all wholesale doors.
  • Tiering Strategies: Develop a clear tiering strategy across our partners' bricks and mortar estates - working alongside our Key Account Marketing team to develop a clear tiering process and ensure an easy to use kit of parts for broader brand roll out.
  • Road Map and Planning: Accountable for maintaining a clear B2B project roadmap, with strong planning, strategic and analytical skills to drive a considered planning project proposition.
  • Budget Tracking & Guidance: Own our brand budget for updating each of our key accounts, whilst guiding our DMS locations on spend, tiering and premiumisation to ensure our brand lands effectively and is supported by the correct budget allocation within these markets.

YOUR STORY

Typically we look for 5+ years of relevant experience in retail marketing, space planning, visual merchandising, or brand-concept rollouts within multi-site retail or wholesale environments.

  • Retail & VM Expertise: You bring a strong track record of executing physical retail marketing and space planning initiatives in dynamic, multi-site or wholesale channels.
  • End-to-End Project Management Execution: You excel at managing complex project roadmaps, coordinating POS production workflows, and directing external agencies and production vendors to deliver seamless campaign rollouts on time.
  • Cross-Functional Relationship Building: You act as a trusted regional partner, adept at collaborating across internal marketing, sales, and external strategic retail stakeholders.
  • Operational & Analytical Acumen: You bring structured project management to fast-paced environments - balancing project budgets, tracking delivery metrics, and establishing seamless operational flows.
  • High Attention to Detail: You are meticulous with follow-ups, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and commercial impact across all touchpoints.
  • Hands-on experience with POS coordination software or space planning tools.
