onrunning is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead in Art Direction to shape athlete storytelling and commercial editorial imagery within our Brand Assets team. You will own projects end-to-end, guiding visual direction across photography, film and new formats to create outputs that are distinctive, elevated and unmistakably On. You will translate strategy into compelling visuals across motion, casting and lifestyle storytelling, building and leading teams while collaborating with external partners.
