We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised, and discreet Private PA/EA to support a globally renowned high-profile individual and their family. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is comfortable managing both business and personal affairs to the highest standard. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand person, ensuring the seamless coordination of the principal’s professional commitments, personal lifestyle, household operations, travel arrangements, and family requirements.
This role is primarily based in Los Angeles, California, with approximately two months per year spent in the United Kingdom. The position requires flexibility, discretion, excellent judgement, and a proactive approach.

- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Los Angeles. Visa sponsorship and all associated immigration arrangements will be organised and funded by the family including accommodation.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm. Whilst the role is primarily Monday to Friday, flexibility is required to provide support outside standard working hours when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Executive & Personal Support
- Provide comprehensive PA and EA support to the principal.
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries and schedules.
- Coordinate personal and business appointments.
- Act as the principal’s trusted right-hand person.
- Screen and manage calls, emails, correspondence, and messages.
- Prepare meeting materials, itineraries, and briefing documents.
- Liaise with family members, management teams, agents, and external stakeholders.
- Lifestyle Management
- Manage all personal administration.
- Coordinate health, wellness, beauty, fitness, and medical appointments.
- Arrange restaurant reservations and leisure activities.
- Source luxury goods and bespoke items.
- Organise gifts for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, and corporate events.
- Research and manage personal projects.
- Handle concierge-style requests and lifestyle requirements.
- Household Management
- Oversee the smooth running of multiple residences and oversee all staff in the household.
- Liaise with household staff, housekeepers, security teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure household operations are organised and efficient.
- Manage maintenance schedules and household projects.
- Coordinate deliveries, suppliers, and household logistics.
- Events & Entertainment
- Organise private events, family gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions.
- Coordinate all logistics and suppliers.
- Assist with hospitality arrangements and guest management.
- Financial Administration
- Assist with personal financial administration.
- Manage invoices, expense tracking, and bill payments.
- Liaise with accountants, financial advisors, and relevant professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Confidentiality
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Exercise sound judgement in all matters relating to the principal and family.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting a high-profile individual, UHNW family, celebrity, or principal.
- Previous experience as a Private PA, Executive Assistant, Family Assistant, or Chief of Staff preferred.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Experience managing international travel and complex schedules.
