Whether you prefer day‑to‑day cover, short‑term assignments, or longer placements, we have consistent opportunities across a wide range of school settings. This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety, value flexibility, and want to make a positive impact without the pressures of planning, marking, or whole‑class responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons using pre‑prepared plans or your own expertise
- Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
- Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Provide feedback to the school at the end of each day
- Uphold professionalism and consistency across all placements
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK primary, secondary, or SEN settings
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to supply work
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision
- Ability to teach across multiple key stages
- Confidence covering a range of subjects
