About the Role

Onpoint Care is a trusted and well‑established temporary staffing agency, proudly supporting nursing homes and school environments across East Sussex. We are now recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD) to join our flexible team. If you’re a dedicated nurse who delivers safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care and you want flexibility, variety, and excellent pay this role offers the perfect balance. You’ll work across nursing homes and school‑based nursing roles, providing professional, reliable clinical support to children, young people, and adults with a wide range of health and care needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering safe, effective, and person‑centred nursing care
  • Administering medication and completing clinical tasks in line with NMC standards
  • Leading shifts and supporting care teams to maintain high standards
  • Assessing, planning, and evaluating personalised care plans
  • Monitoring health needs and responding appropriately to changes
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and clinical records
  • Providing compassionate support to residents, pupils, families, and colleagues
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
  • Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience in a nursing home, school, or similar clinical setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in decision‑making
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
