About the Role
Your responsibilities may include providing and overseeing high-quality personal care, supporting individuals with mobility and daily living, monitoring wellbeing, maintaining accurate care records and ensuring care plans and risk assessments are followed. You may also be required to support and guide other care staff, provide effective handovers and escalation changes or concerns regarding an individual's health or wellbeing appropriately. Where required by the placement, and only where appropriately trained, assessed as competent and authorised, you may be responsible for supporting with the administration and recording of medication.
What We're Looking For
- Have recent UK experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant
- Be confident with care documentation, safeguarding, moving and handling, infection prevention and recognising and reporting concerns
- Be willing to complete Onpoint Care's induction, mandatory training and any required competency assessments
- Have an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK
