About the Role
As a Temporary Administrator, you will be placed into assignments based on client needs and your skill set. Duties may include general office administration, data entry, reception cover, customer service, document handling, scheduling, and supporting teams with day-to-day tasks. Every placement will require professionalism, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk enquiries in a professional manner
