At Onos, we build software that helps construction, manufacturing, and logistics teams manage health, safety, and operational performance — with a growing environmental and sustainability layer. The mission is simple: make critical workflows easier to run, more actionable, and embedded into the way teams actually work. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced BDR to help us build a high-quality pipeline and shape our sales function from the ground up. This isn't a junior role. We want someone who thinks like a revenue operator — sharp on account selection, precise in outreach, and relentless on quality over quantity. No spray-and-pray. No vanity metrics. Just well-qualified pipeline, real ownership, and work that contributes to something that matters. From first touch to closed-won, people in industries like ours go home safer because of the software we sell. That context changes how you show up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Account selection and targeting across construction & manufacturing
- Outbound prospecting and structured follow-up (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- First-call qualification and discovery
- Multi-threading with stakeholders across EHSQ, Health & Safety, and Operations
- Supporting pilot creation and early deal progression
- Ensuring high-quality handoff into sales
- Owning and being accountable for the sourced pipeline through to closed-won
You’ll also contribute to building the sales function — helping refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy — as well as supporting events, campaigns, and early partnership development.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years of experience in software sales (BDR/SDR or similar)
- Strong track record of outbound pipeline generation
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or sustainability-related sales (preferred)
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders in complex organisations
- High ownership mindset and commercial awareness
- Clear, confident communication (especially written)
Belfast (hybrid/remote) Salary - Competitive
If you want to help build a go-to-market engine from the ground up in a space that really matters, we’d love to hear from you.
