Job Description
No two On&On events are the same.
As part of our team, you'll help create the atmosphere that makes our events stand out.
Depending on the event, you could be welcoming guests, scanning tickets, handing out promotional items, interacting with the crowd, dancing behind the DJ booth, supporting brand activations, promoting upcoming events, or helping wherever needed to deliver an unforgettable experience.
Whether you're chatting with guests in the smoking area, helping build the energy on the dance floor, or representing one of our brand partners, you'll play an important role in bringing the On&On experience to life.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with guests throughout the event.
- Create an energetic, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Hand out promotional items and support brand activations where required.
- Assist with ticket scanning and guest flow when needed.
- Promote upcoming On&On events and encourage guest engagement.
- Encourage guests to follow venue policies and support event safety.
- Represent the On&On brand professionally at all times.
- Work closely with the event management team to ensure every event runs smoothly.
