Onogo is an online retailer founded in 2008, trading across Amazon US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia and Japan, plus eBay. We are a small, senior team running a large catalogue with serious tooling: our own custom-built analytics and automation platform (Control) sits between Amazon and our ERP, and we are deep into transitioning the whole operation to AI-based workflows.
Our values are Kaizen, Ownership and Collaboration, and we mean them: everyone here owns their numbers. Find products that sell. Build a range. Own the result.
We are looking for a sharp, hungry Amazon buyer to help us grow our catalogue across seven Amazon marketplaces. You will source new products and suppliers, build up ranges, and keep our best sellers in stock and priced right.
What you'll do:
- Research and source new products and suppliers, building profitable ranges across our categories.
- Set up new SKUs: listings, pricing and launch across Amazon US, CA, UK, DE, FR, AU, JP and eBay.
- Monitor SKU performance in our custom analytics platform and act on what the data says.
- Work daily with our buying team via Slack and Asana; report to our Buying Manager.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years hands-on experience buying and/or selling on Amazon (own account or for a business).
- A nose for products: you can look at data and a supplier price and see the opportunity — or the trap.
- Numerate, organised and self-driven — this is a remote role in a small team; nobody chases you, you deliver.
- Comfortable with modern tooling — we work AI-first and expect you to embrace that.
- Strong written English and reliable full-time availability with good overlap with UK hours.
What you get:
- Negotiable salary and commission on the profit your portfolio produces.
- Fully remote contract role with an established (2008) profitable business.
- Real ownership from day one: your ranges, your numbers, visible to everyone.
- The best tooling you will have worked with — custom analytics, automation and AI across the whole workflow.
- A small, direct, no-politics team where good work gets noticed and rewarded.
