We are looking for a Full-Time Porter to join our property management team at Onni. This position will manage buildings that are located in Surrey, BC.
What Will You Do?
- Litter pickup around exterior and interior of buildings.
- Use battery-powered vacuums for lobby and main entrances cleaning.
- Vacuuming/cleaning of all entrances, stairwells, and lobby areas.
- Clean lobby glass, mirrors, doors, and windows.
- Clean the laundry room and adjoining washroom; ensure cleanliness of laundry appliances and sinks.
- Check garbage containers for overflow and maintain area around containers.
- Sweep and vacuum storage rooms, workshops, and electrical rooms; tidy grounds and exterior entrances.
- Clean elevator control boards, tracks, and wipe down elevator walls, frames, and doors.
- Turnover cleaning of suites and cleaning after contractors when necessary.
- Proactively alert management to on-site issues.
- Work on an assigned schedule with flexibility to adjust based on business needs.
What You Bring

Salary Range
$20-22/hour
