Working within a prestigious client data centre, this role is customer oriented and requires a strong focus on customer requirements. Deliver IMACD services from small alterations such as patching and fault finding through to large and involved upgrades such as decommissioning and recommissioning servers. Data Centre Engineers work on shifts that contribute towards providing support services 24x7x365 and report to the local Service Delivery Manager. This role will require working from a primary site (Slough or Woking) as well as covering locations across Greater & Central London.

- Ensure emails from client are responded to in a timely manner.
- Proactively suggest and seek improvements and efficiencies in all everyday tasks and processes.
- Support the DCM, DCS & SDM in providing an excellent service to the client.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in high-risk environments and Data Centres
- Sound Knowledge of Infrastructure Technologies & Networking Concepts
- Competent in MS Office and Helpdesk/Service Delivery Applications
- A reliable individual
