Hybrid Work arrangement: 3 days from the London Office, 2 days’ remote from home.
What you’ll be doing as our Systems Support Administrator:
- Provide day-to-day system support for core business systems including GeneticIQ, Sage, Power BI, and PeopleHR.
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related support queries.
- Logging tickets on users' behalf on service portal Halo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Maintain system data integrity.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Support onboarding and training for users.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Support reporting and data extraction.
- Assist with system-related projects.
What we’re looking for in our Systems Support Administrator:
- Experience ideally in a Systems Support or admin role.
- Awareness of systems and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams).
