We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Coordinator to support our project and operations teams. This is a key administrative role where you’ll help keep projects running smoothly—managing inboxes, tracking actions, coordinating communication, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and internal teams to ensure all project activity is progressing efficiently.
What you’ll be doing as our Project Support Coordinator:
- Manage shared project and account mailboxes (review, allocate, respond, follow up)
- Log, track and update project requests, tickets and actions
- Maintain project trackers, schedules and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Liaise with internal teams to gather updates and resolve queries
- Support project teams with admin tasks, requests and reporting
- Assist with prioritising incoming work and escalating urgent issues
- Provide general administrative support to project and operations teams
What we’re looking for in our Project Support Coordinator:
- Relative administration experience, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience handling inboxes, trackers or administrative workflows
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication across internal teams and stakeholders
- Proactive approach with ability to follow up and chase actions
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
