We are seeking an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) programme for a key financial services client. This role will work directly with the client team, managing the delivery of a large-scale programme of works across multiple locations, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. This is a 12-Month Fixed Term based on site in Canary Wharf, London and may involve additional weekend or evening works, also travel within the EMEA region.

What you’ll be doing as our Project / Programme Manager:

  • Lead the planning and execution of the TLM programme across assigned locations
  • Develop and maintain programme schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
  • Manage programme budgets, cost tracking and financial reporting
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues across delivery
  • Act as the primary interface between ONNEC, the client and third-party stakeholders
  • Ensure all documentation, including Health & Safety, is compliant and up to date
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to client expectations
  • Provide regular updates to ONNEC leadership

  • Strong planning, scheduling and coordination skills
  • Experience managing budgets, costs and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage risks, issues and multiple workstreams
  • Good communication and organisational skills
