This role provides day-to-day commercial, administrative and coordination support to the sales team. It is a desk-based role and acts as a key interface between customers, the sales team, operational delivery teams and internal departments, ensuring customer requests, quotations and sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that procedures are maintained. The role is critical in maintaining high service levels, supporting account growth and enabling the Sales Team to focus on client relationships and new opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact and help shape the future of the role. We are looking for an individual who will not only support existing processes but also identify improvements and establish best practice ways of working. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of three days per week based in our London office and two days working remotely.

What you’ll be doing as our Sales & Account Support Coordinator:

  • Account and customer support: act as the primary support contact for allocated customers, handle inbound customer enquiries by email and phone, support ongoing client relationships and maintain accurate customer records, contacts and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Quoting and commercial administration: organise customer quotations by working closely with Design and Estimation teams, issue customer quotations, obtain supplier pricing, lead times and technical information, track quote approvals and revisions, and assist with margin checks, pricing accuracy and internal approvals.
  • Order and delivery coordination: process sales orders accurately and in line with agreed commercial terms, coordinate with operations, project teams and logistics, track order progress, materials availability and delivery schedules, and proactively communicate updates, changes and issues.
  • Internal coordination: act as a central point of contact between Sales, Operations, Finance and Procurement, support internal reporting, pipeline updates and account reviews, and ensure all quotes, orders, contracts and variations are correctly stored and maintained.
  • Reporting and administration: assist with sales pipeline management, forecasting and reporting, maintain accurate records for audits, customer governance and internal reviews, and support invoicing queries by liaising with Finance to resolve discrepancies.

What we’re looking for in our Sales & Account Support Coordinator:

  • Experience in a sales support, account support or commercial administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Experience within structured cabling, ICT infrastructure, construction or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling terminology, including copper, fibre, containment, data centres and enterprise environments.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of sales order processing and delivery workflows.
