The Labour Subcontractor Governance Lead will act as the single end-to-end owner of labour partner strategy, governance, capacity planning and performance management globally. A key role to enable faster mobilisation, stronger tender submissions and improved delivery outcomes without owning commercial rate negotiation or contracting.

What you’ll be doing as our Labour Subcontractor Governance Lead:

  • Partner Strategy & Governance – define and own the global labour partner strategy, including partner segmentation, coverage mapping by country and capability, and partner selection, onboarding and rotation frameworks.
  • Capacity Planning, Tender Support, Compliance & Performance – maintain rolling capacity versus demand plans, support tender partner selection, standardise onboarding and compliance, own partner scorecards and reviews, lead partner communications, and maintain dashboards covering coverage, capacity, performance and risk.

What we’re looking for in our Labour Subcontractor Governance Lead:

  • Extensive experience in supplier, subcontractor or partner relationship management, with senior leadership exposure in operations, procurement, workforce strategy, risk/compliance or a related discipline within project-led environments.
  • Strong understanding of labour subcontracting models, tender lifecycles, HSE/compliance frameworks and governance risks; highly structured, data-driven, commercially astute and credible with both site teams and senior leadership.
