We are seeking an experienced Global Accounts Payable Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Sub-contractor functions. The role will focus on ensuring efficient, accurate financial operations, strengthening controls, and driving continuous process improvements across the function.
Hybrid working model (London-based)
What you’ll be doing as our Global Accounts Payable Manager:
- Manage and lead the Accounts Payable and Sub-contractor teams
- Oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Drive process improvement initiatives across AP and subcontractor workflows
- Ensure financial controls and processes are adhered to and enhanced
- Manage working capital, including payment runs and forecasting
- Reconcile AP and Sub-contractor ledgers to the General Ledger
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve internal/external queries
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs
- Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial controls
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial efficiency
What we’re looking for in our Global Accounts Payable Manager:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Experience driving process and system improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with finance systems (e.g. NetSuite, Power BI desirable)
