The Business Systems Project Manager leads the delivery of business systems projects across Onnec, ensuring system changes, migrations and implementations are delivered to agreed scope, quality, timeline, cost and business benefit.

The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT, suppliers and regional teams to manage requirements, governance, testing, data readiness, change, adoption and transition to support.

What you’ll be doing as our Business Systems Project Manager

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems projects, including ERP, HR, workflow, reporting and operational platform initiatives.
  • Define scope, requirements, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance routes and success measures with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business Systems, IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Data, suppliers and regional stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain clear project plans, status reports, action logs, decision records, budget tracking, resource plans and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage risks, issues, changes, dependencies and escalations proactively, ensuring timely decisions and transparent reporting to sponsors and leadership.
  • Support data readiness, migration planning, testing, user acceptance, process mapping, training, communications and business change activities.
  • Coordinate suppliers and internal teams to ensure system configuration, integrations, controls, reporting and support models are delivered effectively.
  • Ensure projects follow Onnec governance, security, compliance, data protection, change management and documentation requirements.
  • Drive adoption, benefits realisation and transition to support by embedding processes, ownership, knowledge transfer and post-go-live improvement actions.

2026 Focus

Lead the Net Suite rollout in the Nordics; manage the Net Suite migration from RSM; and support delivery of the HR system implementation, with strong governance, data readiness, testing, stakeholder engagement, adoption and transition-to-support planning.

What we’re looking for in our Business Systems Project Manager

  • Extensive experience delivering business systems, ERP, HR, finance, workflow or operational platform projects, with strong planning, stakeholder management, supplier coordination, risk management and delivery governance skills.
  • Demonstratable previous experience in delivering/implementing business systems/managed software projects in complex, international organisations
  • Able to translate business requirements, process needs and data dependencies into clear scope, plans, testing, adoption and support outcomes.
  • Very familiar with Agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methods; PMI/PMP, CAPM, Agile or Scrum Prince2 training
  • Experience in delivering or supporting Netsuite
  • Experience delivering / implementing HR system, ideally People HR
