We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their expanding litigation team. Role Overview

The successful candidate will assist fee earners and manage their own caseload (where appropriate) across a range of civil litigation matters. You must be confident handling files from inception through to resolution and be comfortable working within the Civil Procedure Rules framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of civil litigation files from start to finish
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and applications
  • Preparing court bundles and disclosure documents
  • Issuing proceedings and filing documents at court
  • Drafting cost schedules where required
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and the courts
  • Advising clients on procedure and litigation risks under supervision
  • Maintaining high standards of client care
  • Meeting performance and file progression targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in litigation matters
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Experience drafting court documents and correspondence
  • Ability to issue proceedings independently
  • Understanding of litigation costs and risk
  • Pragmatic and commercially aware approach to case handling
  • Excellent client care and communication skills

Base Salary Up to £35K+ Bonuses OTE £45K
