A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The role has arisen due to expansion following unprecedented client demand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced environment and to join our ambitious and fast-growing team.
We are expanding our Housing Claims Department and other litigation matters, so someone who is able to handle such matters and is looking for an opportunity to grow is welcome to apply.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading and building the department and working closely and in collaboration with senior management to meet key metrics and targets, whilst delivering exceptional client care. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Act as a main point of contact for a range of clients
- Experience with Pro Claim System is a plus
- Manage a varied caseload covering various litigation and claim matters
- Actively participating in business development
- Dealing with and converting new enquiries
- Reporting via FLG CRM and Excel (must be Excel proficient)
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Provide support and learning to fellow team members in all queries regarding casework and best practice
- Ensuring the overall development and monthly revenue targets are met for your clients
- Meet expected performance updates, targets and revenue forecast
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in litigation matters. A person with a growth mindset looking to help grow our claims and litigation division.

Salary: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
