We're looking for a Referrals and Operations Co-ordinator. Are you highly organised, calm under pressure and able to keep systems, people and information moving smoothly? Do you want to play a key role in launching a new provision that will make a real difference to young people's lives?
We are looking for a Referrals and Operations Co-ordinator to join our new Engagement and Progression Provision at Wigston. This is a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the provision from referral through to onboarding, tracking, reporting and review.
You will coordinate referrals, support onboarding activity, maintain accurate records and dashboards, and help ensure the delivery team has the information it needs to make timely decisions and provide rapid support. This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong administration and data skills with professionalism, sensitivity and a clear understanding of the importance of accurate records and communication.
This role is offered on a fixed-term basis until July 2027, with the potential for continuation beyond this date, subject to organisational requirements and funding.

Responsibilities For The Role
- Coordinate referrals from partners and internal teams and maintain a clear referral pipeline tracker
- Support onboarding and enrolment processes, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
- Maintain learner records, consent forms, support information and relevant evidence
- Produce and update trackers for attendance, punctuality, engagement and interventions
- Coordinate timetabling information and support the organisation of inductions, reviews and information events
- Identify early risk indicators and escalate concerns appropriately to the Curriculum Area Lead and wider team

The role is based at our Wigston Campus.

The Pay Range We're Offering Is Grade F, points 21β24 (Β£26,732 - Β£29,199) pro rata for 0.6 FTE. Annual leave of 25 days, plus bank holidays and up to 5 additional closure days, pro rata.
