We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Admissions and Enrolment Officers to join our vibrant Admissions team working over our peak period from June onwards. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting students on their journey into further education, right from their first enquiry to their first day on campus. The role will be based at Sandwell College with the potential to work at our other college locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for prospective learners
- Guide applicants through the admissions and enrolment process
- Organise interviews and work closely with curriculum teams
- Support key events like open days and enrolments
- Carry out general admin, switchboard, and reception duties
- Process and track applications using our MIS system
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Reception or front-facing customer service experience
- Confidence in handling financial transactions and using IT systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to support evening events when required
