We are looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer in Travel and Aviation who is passionate about making a difference to the lives and careers of our learners. Teaching experience within the Travel sector is desirable, although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills. You will be teaching across a range of Aviation/Travel programmes with units which could include The UK Travel and Tourism Industry, Aviation Communications, and Preparing for a Career in the Travel and Tourism Industry.
The right candidate will be capable of developing a wide range of learning materials which engage and stimulate students, to reach higher potential/progression to Higher Education programmes. The successful candidate could be required to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 programmes. You should have a good level of industry experience that can be shared within the classroom environment. You will join a vibrant and high-performing team, working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford and Hemel Hempstead campuses and should be equally comfortable teaching practical and theory sessions.

You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching.
