The Admissions and Administration teams provide front‑line customer service to a wide range of audiences including students, parents/carers, employers, tutors and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Admissions and Administration Coordinator to deliver a timely and outstanding service to customers and service users across the organisation.
- They will perform a range of administrative tasks that shift across the academic year and engage in multiple projects and tasks.

Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this post you need demonstrable experience and skills in customer service, administrative work and multitasking. Excellent IT skills and a strong level of attention to detail are essential. Experience with ProSolution and the Pro Suite is desirable but training will be provided.
Benefits and Work Conditions
This is a full‑time post, 37 hours a week during weekdays, with occasional support required for open days and evening events throughout the year. The post is based at Watford campus with occasional requirement at Hemel campus.
